Delivery Information
At Wellbuilt Craft, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Standard products are dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Customized or made-to-order products may require 7–15 business days for production and dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service availability. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Returns & Replacements
As our products are handcrafted from natural wood and epoxy resin, slight variations in grain, color, and pattern are natural and make each piece unique. Returns are accepted only for products received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during transit.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
